The European startup community will gather in the Austrian capital from 30 May to 7 June 2023.

ViennaUP'23 is making waves! The great success of last year's startup festival, with international themes and around 10,000 participants from 67 nations, established ViennaUP as one of the most relevant European events in the field.

In 2023, ViennaUP will again take place at locations throughout Vienna. Over thirty program partners from the Viennese startup community will once again organise around 50 events covering a wide range of topics, such as smart cities, creative industries, tech, life sciences and manufacturing. Participants will not only be able to make new contacts and expand their network; they will also have the opportunity to get to know Vienna's thriving startup ecosystem and particularly its blooming life sciences, production and technology sectors.

These pitch sessions, hackathons, workshops and conferences will be rounded out through a supporting program designed to let visitors dive deeper: These range from "Taste the Viennese Feeling" evenings at the ViennaUP homebase on Karlsplatz to the Coffee House Sessions in selected Viennese cafes.
